1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CutFlow (hereinafter — the "service"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don't agree with any of these points, please don't use the service.

2. Description of the Service

CutFlow is a free online tool for calculating cutting layouts for sheet materials (particleboard, MDF, plywood, and similar). The service requires no registration and is provided "as is", without any warranties.

3. Accuracy of Calculations — Important Disclaimer

The cutting layout results, including the parts placement diagram, cut length, edge banding length, and estimated cost, are for reference purposes only and are calculated based on parameters entered by the user.

We do not guarantee:

• that the calculation result will fully match the actual result on specific cutting equipment;
• the accuracy of the total cost — the actual price quoted by the company performing the cutting may differ from the service's calculation, since we don't have information about every pricing nuance of a specific service provider;
• the absence of input errors affecting the correctness of the result.

The user is responsible for checking the entered parameters and the final result before putting it to practical use (ordering cutting services, cutting on their own equipment).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CutFlow and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to material loss, financial loss, or lost profits related to the use of the calculation results.

5. User Data

All data you enter into the service (materials, parts, project parameters) is stored locally in your browser and remains your property. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We do not review and are not responsible for the content of the data you enter.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• any unlawful purposes;
• attempting to disrupt the service, including large-scale automated data collection (scraping) that could place excessive load on the infrastructure;
• attempting to bypass technical restrictions or gain unauthorized access to the service's internal infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, code, logo, and other elements of the service are the property of CutFlow unless otherwise stated. Your project data (materials, parts, and names you enter) remains your property — the service claims no rights to it.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The service may display ads through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense) and/or contain links to third-party platforms (for example, for voluntarily supporting the project). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, sites, or services that such links lead to — their use is governed by those third-party services' own terms.

9. Modification and Discontinuation of the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. Since project data is stored locally in your browser, discontinuing the service will not cause you to lose data you've already entered on your device, but you may lose the ability to use the calculation tool itself.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This reflects the place where the service's author's business is registered (a sole proprietorship, FOP, Ukraine) — standard practice for small services run by a single person/sole proprietor. Given that the service has an international audience (including users from the EU), a real dispute may also be subject to additional protective provisions of the user's own country's law (a simple choice-of-law clause doesn't override this) — this section does not replace legal advice should a specific dispute arise.
