How it Works
Cut sheet materials in 4 steps — no registration, no software to install
CutFlow helps you quickly calculate the optimal cutting layout for particleboard, MDF, plywood and other sheet materials — from planning to a ready-to-use shop floor diagram.
Add your materials
Specify the sheet size, thickness, and — if needed — turn on wood grain display. You can add several materials at once, for example laminated chipboard for fronts and hardboard for backs, and work with them all in one project.
Add your parts
Group parts by product — a cabinet, a cupboard, a shelf — and enter the size, quantity, and material for each one. Separately mark which edges need banding and at what thickness, and the grain direction if it matters for that particular part.
Set your cutting parameters
Set the saw's kerf width and the amount of defective edge trim to remove from the sheet. The service factors both into the calculation so the layout matches the real result on your machine. Work in millimeters or inches, whichever suits you.
Get your finished layout and export the result
The layout is calculated automatically. Parts are arranged across sheets accounting for guillotine cutting, grain direction, and minimizing waste. Download the result as SVG, PNG, PDF (with a parts specification and printable stickers), or DXF for a CNC machine.
